"A Clear Difference"

We use a cleaning solution, rather than pressure, to clean the siding. Pressure alone can do a lot of damage.

By taking a "softer" approach, we can ensure that the job is done right, the first time, without compromising the surface being cleaned.

We are sure that you will be amazed at the "clear difference" after the job is done. As with every service we provide, clean up is a priority, always. Leaving the job site cleaner than when we arrived.

Our solution contains a proper ratio of Sodium Hypoclorite (industrial grade bleach) and a low surfactant soap diluted with water.

We apply the solution via a pressure washer using a low pressure soap applicator nozzle.

We allow it to dwell and then rinse using the same high volume low pressure nozzle. This is the only way to kill the mold/mildew growth and safely wash a house.

Due to the fact that stained and painted surfaces age, wear or “bleach out” from multiple environmental factors, any cleaning solution, including house washing solution, can lighten unevenly or discolor the surface.

Oxidation is a common issue caused primarily by UV rays on painted surfaces as well as vinyl siding, shutters, and cement fiber “hardiplank.” Oxidation is not caused by our cleaning agents, but rather environmental factors over time.

House Washing while oxidation is present can cause an uneven or splotchy finish after rinsing. Homeowners are responsible for making sure windows, doors, electronics, or electrical housings are properly sealed. Window Cleaning is recommended due to possible streaking of glass from the House Wash solution.
